Hello! My name is Olivia.

I connect people with ideas through storytelling, strategy, and design.

About Me

I’m a content strategist and designer passionate about creating thoughtful, audience-centered communications through storytelling, strategy, and human-centered design.

My career has taken me across museum education, marketing, digital content, and UX/UI design, but the common thread has always been helping people connect with ideas. I have experience developing content strategies, leading website redesigns, creating digital and print communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex information into engaging, accessible experiences.

I’m especially interested in the intersection of content and design—where clear messaging, intuitive structure, and thoughtful visuals come together to help audiences better understand and engage with information. Through my UX/UI training and my creative practice with ON Printworks, I continue to explore how storytelling and design can create meaningful connections.

With more than eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have cultivated a profound appreciation for the power of design in storytelling and communication. My journey has equipped me with a rich tapestry of visual design, content strategy, and narrative skills, all of which harmoniously converge to amplify my grasp of the design process.

In 2021, my immersion into the world of UX design arrived in a unique manner – as a client collaborating closely with a design agency. With the responsibility of overseeing the development of a new website for the museum, I was captivated by the intricacies of each design phase. Witnessing the transformation from conceptual sketches to interactive interfaces was both inspiring and enlightening.

My recent completion of a comprehensive UX/UI design bootcamp with DesignLab adds another layer to my expertise. Today, equipped with a profound appreciation for the intersection of design and strategy, I am excited about the prospect of blending my marketing acumen, collaborative spirit, and design aspirations to embark on a journey that promises innovative solutions and impactful transformations.
